(April 16,2025) Meet Max, a proud Kansas City native passionate about the Chiefs, Royals, and Kansas basketball. After completing the Skills Center’s Hospitality program, Max realized it wasn’t the right fit — but he didn’t give up. Working with his BCI Competitive Employment Advisor, he now thrives at Chicken N Pickle, where the fun and fast-paced environment keeps him on his feet (literally—though he doesn’t bother counting steps). Max takes pride in his work and loves being part of the excitement and team.
