Kelly Cope

Kelly Cope is a 30-year veteran in the emergency medical services field and recently retired as Chief Executive Officer of the St. Charles County Ambulance District (SCCAD). Kelly was a founding member of SCCAD’s community outreach group that provides educational opportunities for residents, such as Lifesaver CPR. He is also an active supporter of Brace for IMPACT 46, a nonprofit whose mission is to make positive, sustainable change in the lives of children in need in Haiti and St. Louis.
